From what I know, Solaris is a Universe Buster...

But Tabuu has shown some low end Universe busting stuff too... And his teleportation is superior.

I'm gonna go with Solaris though. He seems to be truly invincible. (Though the Sonicverse's definitions of "invincible" are not exactly accurate) He was powerful enough to handle Super Sonic times three...

But Tabuu did take on a horde of some of the greatest game heroes of all time, and won.

Dang this is annoying. :/
