Hanzo wins by feats or Hype. By hype he beat all three Sannin at once. So, he stomps
By feats, he has a giant salamander. Which can crush Sakumo. Either way, he's winning

Sakumo was hyped to be stronger than the Sannin, but Hanzo was proven to be stronger than the Sannin. A lot stronger.

Going from what we'd know, Hanzo has the upper hand.

I think Sakumo wins as He was hyped to be stronger than the sannins and Minato ..

Sakumo was hyped but Hanzo proved it. The fact that Hanzo was completely unscathed after fighting all the Sannin shows for a fact that not only was Hanzo stronger, he was a LOT stronger. Contrary to popular belief, being stronger doesn't mean you can automatically curbstomp somebody. Hanzo, however, DID curbstomp the Sannin.

i think hanzo wins. although its stated that sakuma was stronger then the sannin, hanzo, proved that his way passed the sannin level.
BUT if the whole sakumo thing happened after the whole hanzo thing, then sakumo might have a chance because i personally think the sannin didnt face hanzo on their prime.

Sakumo since he's Kakashi's father, which automatically makes him awsome (argue this any?), and he would get plot attention and power due to being related to Kakashi

oh and Hanzo beat younge and less powerful Sannin, Sakumo is hinted to be more powerful than Minato

Hanzo beat young Sannins which were weak , proved by that Jiraiya (Old) went alone to fight Hanzo , thinking he can beat him alone ..

No proof they were any weaker than they are now, except maybe Oro.
