Sasuke stomps. He's shown much better speed (Kept up with Raikage) so he could win just because of that alone.

Sasuke stomps. Superior speed, Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo, etc. Neji had trouble with Kidomaru, who is inferior to Sasuke in nearly every way except for being a better character. If Neji can't stomp Kidomaru, he is in no way standing a chance against Sasuke.

I'm going to lock this thread, since it's overused and is quite the stomp.
