If Yahiko never died...

How would Nagato's answer and the organization have changed or have been run? Would they have spread more peace through the ninja world?

I think that they would be at war with everybody. They where taking ninjas from every village and talking about peace. That will get you stabbed in the shinobi world.

If Yahiko never died, I don't think alot would be diffrent from what it is now.
Nagato would still be determined to support Yahiko, with his dream.
And then Nagato wouldn't have those scary things stabbing in his back.. :lol:

im not really sure .. yahiko did want to take over the world, but then he protested with peace. either way, i dont think nagato would have turned out the way he did if yahiko didnt die.

Akatsuki was created and instead of some random member of the akatsuki that we know, yahiko would be in his place
