variety of jutsu, and could probably

out-class Guy. If Guy went 6th gate, then

Kakashi could use MS to counter. It might be

just me, but I think Kakashi.

Kakashi would win, Guy would need some time to open the eight gates, and Kakashi would use that time to warp guy, and without the eight gates guy is just good at taijutsu so, Kakashi would win, no problem.

I usually would say Kakashi hands down, but Guy has been studying kakashi's tech.(or at least his sharingan) and Guy is fast and could intercept some of Kakashi tech. Kakashi could use the mangekyou, but with Guy being fast Kakashi would have trouble focusing. Kakashi can use long range, and close range. (water style, taijutsu, ect) so that would give him some advantage and he can read Guy's movments.. so I would say it would be a tie...................
