Naruto starts out with SM and hhas 2 clones on the mountain

Rookies are Kiba, Shino, Hinata, Sakura, Shikamaru, Chouji, and Ino.

The other rookies. I do not beleive Naruto would be able to bring himself to hurt them. I do believe the others as a group would fight him to get him out of the bloodlust and would not stop until they won.

Unless naruto is out of his mind complely in which case this becomes Kyuubi vs rookies in which case we ALL know how that ends.

Emotions of the battle aside, it would depend on how much time shikimaru had to think. If naruto managed to just tear into everyone he would win. If he was stalled Shikimaru would figure something out. It would be a bloody battle.
