ok the game starts out like any other pokemon game except your in kanto but its 10 years after red went to his little mountain trip and gold roflstomped him and instead of oak its daisy who gives you your pokemon cause your now living in reds old house and gary is out spreading his girth to the world but anyway starts off and you try to go out in the grass daisy stops you says some remark about memories of when oak stopped red and brings you to her lab gives you a choice of bulbasuar squirtle charmander. you pick your pokemon as usual but heres the catch,no rival, no syndicate just a worldwide tournament.......in hoenn. so that means you have to collect the badges from kanto johto and hoenn to compete but theres no elite four so once you get all the badges from kanto just head on over to johto then when you complete those badges a boat will take you to hoenn.and each new region you get to pick one of those starters so when you reach johto some kid will hand you pokegear telling you hes giving up on being a trainer and living with his pokemon and if you dont have any pokemon elm is giving pokemon to new trainers (remember your in johto so they dont know about you). you go to elms lab pick another pokemon along with the one you already have and your off to the gyms once you get all the badges there head to olivine city and there should be a boat ready to take you to hoenn. once your in hoenn go to birch and he makes a comment about your pokegear and exchanges it for match call and you transfer everyone from your pokegear to your match call (bye bye radio) then you finally get to pick yet another starter and your off. once you get all of hoenn's badges you get a call from birch asking you to go to the tag team tower (the tower above muaville in pokemon emerald) in which you meet up with daisy,elm,and birch which tell you that you are now qualified to enter the worldwide pokemon tournament in which the layout is the battle dome anything goes the 16th battle is the finals and if you win you get a certificate (have to keep some originality of the game) but right fter your crowned king red shows up with gold challenging you to a double match and you agree and ruby (brandon in the anime yes i know ruby is a girls name i hate it as much as you do) helps you so its red and gold vs you and ruby
also the fighting is different throughout the game instead of your normal turn based fighting its sorta like dbz supersonic warriors fighting. check below for gameplay

only winged pokemon can fly
there is no ki
there will be an experience bar and the level 3 can go higher if you level up your pokemon
also the platform is for ds so it will be in 3d
controls are
b: block
a: attack
x:1st set move
y: 2nd set move
l: 3rd set move
r:4th set move
if your fighting wild pokemon at the beginning you will be prompted if you want to fight or flee if you fail fleeing then you will be forced to fight.
in double battle you will have another pokemon on your team on the field at the same time (dont worry your attack dont hurt them)
if at anytime you want to change your pokemon press select and it will bring you to your pokemon list.
back to wild pokemon. if you want to capture the pokemon your fighting while in battle just press L+R at the same time and a pokeball will fly towards the wild pokemon but the pokemon can still break out and resume fighting.
potions or revives can not be used since they will not be in the game
