Even with the effect of Gates Guy needs something like Dynamic Entry+ A super cool hand combo to beat Kabouto. Gates is well Over kill.

Did you see what happened in Season 6 of the Original Naruto? Guy sent of the the sound flying threw a wall with one punch, in real life for a human to take that, lungs are busted heart beats faster than every near combustion, ribs and spinal as well as the spine are cracked. Now given the fact that this is Naruto it would only be a bruise. But, Guy can come with a deadly combo of these even with flying his speed is over matched as well as agility and reaction. Inless kabuto can heal in his mind not shot.

Guy would be on him like white on pure rice, He has reaction speeds o the charts and held his own with kisame in one on one without gates or a good 2 episode. Kabuto shows his fights with Naruto twice and FAILED each time even with Naruto's heart in threads. [ Note this is anime but it is also a feat for Kabuto]. Now here is where Guy takes the cake. DE comes like a sharp lying kick to your face or stomach. Given that guy would not want to risk the effects of healing for Kabouto to quickly his best shot is to aim for something that has not Healing. The heart, If the heart is hit the user has only2 to 3 secs to react. What is the speed of Kabutos regeneration of over 15 veins as well as pipes that go to the lungs? 1st gate would make the blow faster making it busting hit, meaning the hit is going to cause large combustion of some organ or vital spot.

Nope. Both of them know Martial Art and are good in it. Guy uses the art of TWD which is Kicks and some punching. It is aimed for things like stooping the hits to vital muscle. Kabuto is more of a Tia Chi base like the Hugya who aim for the open spots such as the chest and arms. Seeing as the two styles are SO different in attack Blocking kabuto can not tank and kick to the back of the head fast enough to stop one of the deadly combos of the style. One is small kicks that aim for the lower rib then slice your other leg up to crash into the arms and pectorals. Now lesson in the body children. Your Deltoid which goes to Biceps then your Brachialis, Digitorum. Any of those are hit with the force of guys Sharp, back or snap as well as Axe kicks there are GONE! Arm is out of commutation.

Kabuto goes underground via Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu (at least that what narutopedia calls it) and waits out gai's gates. Once gai is drained of his energy kabuto comes up from the ground and chalkra scapels him.

With speed equalized Gai looses his main advantage. Kabuto can heal a lot of the damage Gai hits him with but Kabuto's attacks would be lethal with Gai since they bypass durability for the most part. Plus, thanks to the pill Gai will tire out before Kabuto does.

Without Kabutos new powers Gai would beat him till he couldnt heal no more. Gai is to fast and Kabuto was basicaly a medical ninja before his change but he was pretty skilled. But not enough to beat Gai.

front lotus should snap his neck whick should kill him instantly.
if kabuto does survive it, he would be on alert more.
kabuto can cut muscles, and damage lungs (not as effective as juken but it gets the job done)
this is a tie. with the limit on the amount of gates and speed being equal this is tough. if Gai had 2 gates it would be more in his favor because it could recover his stamina
