with those much restrictions to on Orochimaru, A wins this battle hands down purely based on his super strength and speed.. With no restriction, i imagine Orochimaru just tanking everything A does till his tired.. thats what Oro did with the fight with the fourtailed -- and that was his weakened state too

You probably didn't read all those restrictions, because speed is equalized.

With equalized speed, does A really even have anything to do against orochi? He obviously has incredible speed and strength, but with speed equalized he really can't do much the way i see it at least. So i have to say that orochi takes this with manda, eight branches, kusanagi, etc. Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong here

Oro summons manda and thousands of other snakes and A dies. A is all about physical attack which is possible because his speed. If you take that away then Oro wins this one.
