Legendary Sannin VS Ame Orphans

Let's say that for some extremely crazy reason, Orochimaru never died/turned evil and went to battle The 6 Paths of Pain and Konan alongside Jiraya and Tsunade...Or you can say he teamed up with them just to defeat Nagato and take his Rinnegan and use Tsunade and Jiraya as 2 of his accomplice...who would win? Sannin or Orphans? (Not talking about The Orphans from the Warriors.)

I would have appreciated more conditions like does Nagato have the "Six Paths of Pain".
Is Yahiko alive? If so we have no feats for him.
Is Jiraiya allowed access to SM?

If Nagato has the six paths then Deva pounds with CT.
If not then the Sannin stomp due to lack of feats for the other side

unless jiraiya is able to use summon ma and pa /use frog song before major attacks from the 6 paths.. but i doubt it

Gedo Mezo. Stomptastic for nagato which killed Hiruzen who the 3 sannin couldn't do together.

Yes, Nagato does have access to The Six Paths, as for Jiraya, you could say that he can indeed enable Sage Mode because this battle would take place around the same time as the invasion took place, it wouldnt make any sense for Nagato to have the Six Paths while he was under Jirayas wing, and i dont think Jiraya was able to use Sage Mode while fighting in the war. And as for Yahiko, yes he is deceased. The question is, can Jiraya GO into Sage Mode with more and tougher enemies around this time? In my opinion i think he can if Orochimaru and Tsunade are helpful enough.

then you say
Jiraiya can go into sage mode.


Eather way nagato stomps( owns/destroys/easily wins) with cho shrina tensei or chibiku tensei
konan is fodder (useless won't do much) in this fight

Well Mr. Dr. basicly asked WHEN the battle took place, HE THOUGHT that the battle took place WHILE they were being trained and while Yahiko was still alive, and i mentioned it wouldnt make sense for Nagato to have the 6 paths during the time that he was being trained so therefore the battle that im talking about DOES NOT take place during that time, so im obviously stating that the battle takes place after Yahikos death and Nagatos disability, When i mention "Ame Orphans" i mean Konan and Nagato [Six Paths]. And when i mentioned Jiraya not being able to use Sage Mode i meant that he couldnt use it DURING the time he was training the Ame Orphans, basicly clearing up Mr. Dr. confusion torwards when the battle would take place. This was all fictionally planned to occur halfway through Pains Invasion. This means Nagato has The Six Paths, Yahiko is uninvolved [except for his body] and the Three Sannin have all their abilities up until the planned fight.

based on feats Nagato and the six path would win just because of Almighty Push ( unless tsunade does the thing with katsuyu ) but than again massive CT and ST takes time so we dont know if the Sannin can stop Pain before he could launch the attack. and also if you include Nagato to this, I imagine Jiraiya finding Nagato and killing him thus disabling the six path.

but reviewing the manga. Nagato did say that he could never have won if he didnt have his secret to begin with. If Jiraiya was that close in figuring it out by himself, Jiraiya could probibly beat nagato with help. thats just logical.
