Well, since everyone say Rin is dead, and we don't know how she died. We saw that she didn't die in the Kakashi Arc. Do you think its possible that she dies when the 9-tails attacks the village?

I really have no idea sis. I didn't see her in that one chapter where they bring all those "young ninjas" in the forest. The part where we see Kakashi, Guy, Kushina, and Asuma arguing with the older ninjas about them fighting th nine-tails too.

Not really, because the youngsters were not allowed to take part in the battle, instead they were asked to make babies.

I say she died or left the village before the nine-tails attack, but hey what do i know? Its only a guess.

She is not a really important character. She probably died after growing up a bit. In a normal ninja mission.

That's a possibility.

But when Kakashi died for a short period of time, he saw Rin and the others. So she's gone

This would later be confirmed when Kakashi's dying thoughts were that he was going to see Minato, Obito, and Rin. Rin's fate after this is unknown. She is assumed to have died, as Kakashi has indicated that all those close to him were dead and the fact that he lamented on how he failed to protect her.
