I am curious how some of the hits work. Mostly, attacks that end up popping people up such as Rock Lee's or Sasuke's Down+Y. I can't seem to figure out how to block these moves. Are they low attacks? Or are the mid attacks?

Can you sub low attacks? Maybe I am just bad at it? But I cannot seem to ever sub low attacks. I am assuming you press Down-Back and X rather than just Back X but it doesn't seem to work.

When knocked into the air, how do you activate yourself to make actions? I have noticed sometimes when I knock people into the air and go up for an air combo they are able to block it. Other times they are not. Is it a matter of just holding block or are they doing something else?

Well, what I do is that right before they use an air combo attack, I move away from them. That way when you do that, they are wide open for a hit.

You mean like, in the air you just press away? And that works?

What do you do when someone is charging a Jutsu and you don't have rage? You just get owned?

How do you recover when knocked into the air? Just mash block?

I don't think you can recover in the air. The only thing I think you can do is when you are in the air and the opponent is about to hit you use substitution jutsu

You definitely can, because I know you can block in the air. But I am not sure how access the block faster sometimes than other times.

Tested this a little. If you hold the block button after being popped up by a non-killer hit, you recover. And instead of falling on the ground you will land on your feet. You can also kick/slash/throw in the air.

this does not work for killer hits.
