Attacking speed gets increased by one point, dunno about Traveling speed since you never could travel far enough before you got attacked or attacked yourself.

The WS is at least 2x harder than FV. If you are a good WS fighter, then you will be a good FV fighter. End of discussion.

true i beat assassin yet hes ranked higher then me so these statistics are based on observations and are only a rough analyzation of them as how the fighter reacts to different circumstances or possiblitys can change meaning the worst freeverse person can beat the best depending on how both react

And I beg to differ. If you challenged Yori, he would kick your ass. Plain and simple. If I were to rate the effectiveness of these statistics, I would give them a 95%. They are pretty damn accurate.

Just because a person has a few more points than you, does not mean they can defeat you. But, if you are ranked a 75 and challenge a person with an 85, 9 times out of 10, the person with the 85 will win. That is how statistics work.

This is where debate comes in. Most matches are debatable, to some extent. You and I could be the start of the debate, saying the opposing battler would win. Thus giving Starrk 1 out of 2 votes and Ulquiorra 1 out of 2 votes.

As time goes on, more people join in and the scales tip in one battler's favor. This is all dependent on the eligibility of the debate.

As time goes on, more people join in and the scales tip in one battler's favor. This is all dependent on the eligibility of the debate.

Which is why Starrk will lose the debate due to Ulquiorra having more fans and more people willing to debate his side.

The thing is, Love and Ichigo are two different fighters. Ulquiorra tanked one of Uhara's slash's with ease,while that same slash nearly killed Luppi. Then when Ichigo went Bankai with his Vaizard mask; Ulquioora had suffered no more than a few burns.

So place him against stark and I think his defenses while coupled with his speed could match up with stark.
