Summoning has to be with a living or an undead creature/person because you have to have a blood contract and give a donation of blood whenever you summon it.

My Jutsu would be a S-Rank (jutsue for only that one person and/or clan) Genjutsu called "Mind Wash Release" that when used, the Shinobi can steal information from the user and transfer it in eather wrighting or into the users mind. It can be used for interigation but because it can eather cause amesia or that person to go mad with trying to remember, it is usally forbidden unless givin special permission by the village's Kage or village leader.

Hand seals: Hold dog seal

Requirements: Water element; Wind element; Kekkei Genkai of the two, which is ice; Very high levels of chakra control

Description: This is a defensive sort of ice-style jutsu. It is very similar to the Wood Frog's ability to freeze its entire body during hibernation. If the user's body has been damaged in any way, this jutsu will freeze their body to the cellular level, stopping any damage from continuing. It also stops any infections/diseases/poison from spreading throughout the body, essentially eliminating death temporarily. The damage can then be looked at and the preparations made before releasing the jutsu and continuing with treatment. The user is essentially dead during its effects, and they will come back to life once the jutsu is released.

Weakness: User cannot move after jutsu is applied, so he/she needs to be protected. They also need to be carried from the battlefield if the jutsu was used before they could escape. Only medical-nins with a fire element can release this jutsu by melting only the ice-crystals in the hand and elbow and moving their hands so they no longer make the dog seal. The user can also be shattered if they receive a strong physical attack, which is certain death.

REQUIRES: Tai jutsu mastery & Fire element (Jutsu is basically a trump card)

INFO:
- Similar to the eight gates release however, the user is imbued in a cloak of fire which acts as protection similar to Gaaras ultimate defence.
- Inflicts burns on the enemy when in contact granting the huge damage increase.
- Doesn't grant a speed increase however, the users power is increased significantly.
- Combined with Tai Jutsu.
- Massive destructive damage & not to be used near allies.
- Can be used to propel the user significantly high into the air and can allow the user to glide in the air.
- Causes extreme dehydration, a huge amount of muscle tears and slight burns to the user.
- Can cause death if not controlled correctly.
- Users lose nearly all chakra after usage.

Techniques: 'Inferno whirlwind', 8th gate release: Gate of engulfment. Flame trail appears where the user has moved, /Ultimate tai jutsu technique: 'Gojun' a running side kick which appears as a dragon 'Gojun' (Dragon of the west sea: see Japanese/Chinese mythology) Similar to Hirudora
