Kenshin Mizoguchi - Water bender (OotWL)
Maikeru Shinigami - Water bender (OotWL)
Location
A river with floating ice stuff, I don't know what they call those things. On the sides of the river are two snowy mountains. Oh, and there's penguins playing somewhere doing stuff. The water is liquid. The penguins are animals. The ice is cold. The mountain goes up. The sky is blue. I am Maikeru.
No restrictions. Normal rules apply.
Maikeru goes first; Kenshin counters.

Alright, I'll go first.
----
Strolling along a river one day, I notice my fellow Water bender, and decide (upon his agreement) to spar with him. To start off, I use ((Water Shot)) to send forth to create five arrows made of water, that will be shot at my opponent. One will be shot at his head, two at torso area, and the other two at both of his arms. To follow up with this attack, I motion my hands and will use ((Water Discs)) to send forth three large flat discs made of water behind the arrows, to act as sort of a "just in case" attack.
Then, I will jump onto the river, using ((Water Freeze)) to create a small coat of ice that is big enough for me to stand on.
Lastly, I take out my katana and stand in a defensive stance, awaiting my opponent's counter.

I stand on a large thing of ice (around 40 feet in diamter) in the middle of a freezing ocean, and pull on my gloves, which have iron on the palms, when I spot this waterbending dude that I know. I ask to spar with him so that I can have a sort of warmup match. By my calculations, he would be sixty feet away from me, as he starts off by sending water arrows no lower than my torso. Simply enough, I drop to my stomach on my hands to avoid the attack, not far behind it, I see some water discs. I undo the secret compartment from my bow blade that is resting over my back to let out a decent sized water source. I use that water source, along with the water in the river, to make {{Water Octupus}}. Four water octopus tentacles will shoot out in front of my body from my bows water source. Two octopus water tentancles come up on each side of the ice I lay on, and aim for my opponent who has froze the water to make an ice thingy. I command my tentacles to go in at his right and left arm respectively.
As my attack moves in, I shall get up to my feet, and take off my gloves, putting them in my pocket, while using the slip of the ice to slide away from the discs, just in case the tentacles aren't enough to block it. I stop the slide my dropping lightly and slowly behind me and to the left, then take off my bow blade, grabbed the wood part, and stab it into the ice. I grab hold of the string to keep me steady. A piece of the ice cuts off, but I have regained my balance as I float off down the river. I then get up to my feet slowly, so as not to fall and then use {{Water Punch}}. I use it to shoot a highly concentrated stream of water at my opponent. I will send it in a zig zag pattern toward his chest.
Now, with that coming at him, I put my left iron glove back on and grab hold of my bow blade (my left hand holding the blade. I aim an arrow into the air, shooting at his head, in a decent-sized, vertical arc, where it will at its highest, twenty feet above him. Finally, I pull down my bow and shoot two arrows at him. They are aimed at each of his kneecaps.

I notice that my opponent merely drops to the ground to avoid the arrows that went toward him; I should have aimed lower. Next, he summons octopus like tentacles from stored water that was in his bow and from water that was laying next to the ice next to him. A total of six tentacles were created; four from his bow's water and two from the water near ice. The two that came from the water near the ice are now heading towards me. As they come towards me I will use ((Water Wall)) to create a wall made from the river and will follow this up with ((Water Freeze)) to make the wall become solid ice, so it can more easily shield me from his tentacles.
Next, I move out of the way, back onto the ice, of the wall and notice that my opponent has shot a fist made of water at me. I use ((Water Slash)) to send forth a large mass of highly-pressurized water at my opponent's punch, to cancel them both out.
Then, I notice that my opponent has shot numerous arrows at me, one heading down on me and two coming at me in a straight line. To dodge these, I simply roll out of the way of their path; however, I start to slip on the ice. I then use my katana to stab the ice and work my way back to my feet.
Lastly, going on the offensive, I will use ((Water Rocket)) to send forth a round, highly-pressurized ball of water at my opponent, which will cause much bodily harm if contact is made.
I wait again for another counter.
