Rules of War:
No GM, least arguments as possible, you suck for reading this, and all contestants without a weapon get one of their choice.
GamePlays
Five GamePlay modes; you can play one or all. Most locations are built for all four GamePlays, although some are exclusive to one or two. The person who was challenged chooses the GamePlay mode normally, although there are occasionally differences.
Bloodbath : The traditional way to battle. A usual straight and fair battle to the death, where the goal is to kill, knock out, or at least BFR(Battle Field Removal) your opponent out, in a stylized badass way if possible. Usually one-on-one, but occasionally this is done with teams of participates.
Capture the Flag : A fun, yet traditional GamePlay method for teams that prefer to humiliate their enemies to no end than rather vanquish them off the face of the Earth for eternity. Teams are normally placed at opposite points in a battlefield, usually filled with traps and obstacles; each team’s goal is to capture the Flag on either side. Once capturing the Flag, they must hold onto the Flag for at least three turns without being drawn into a battle to win. The opposite side cannot give their own Flag for the other side’s Flag; also, to win, a team must both have the Flag for three turns and also had engaged in a battle with the opposite side once. Note: Any forms of Advanced Sonido will be barred from this GamePlay.
Hostage Rescue : Usually done in teams; teams will usually start on opposite sides of the battlefield, each with a hostage completely valuable to the other side. As such, the goal is for each side to rescue their hostage, Basically a harder variation of Capture the Flag. Players have to rescue their comrade in Base Form ONLY, and as such, their Releases are banned from the battle strictly. Sonidos and Advanced Sonidos, or any other form of that, will be banned as well. The hostages on each side cannot free themselves or have their opponent free them; no exchanges for hostages can be made either.
Duel : A pure GamePlay mode for newbies or simply men who wish to express their emotions through physical strength. Strictly one-on one; the two opponents are usually placed in a small, enclosed space. In there, they can only have access to their Base Form. They also cannot use any energy-related attacks and as such, can only use their bodies and weapons to duel to the death.
Timer : A Bloodbath-like GamePlay, but with a limited set of turns. For those who don’t want for their battles to last more than a week or so. The set number of turns will be left up to the participants.
Spar : After their initial fight, participants are able to request another fight with anyone of their choice, as long as the person who was challenged accepts. Whomever was challenged gets to choose the location while the other chooses the GamePlay. Can be done as many times as the participants wish to do so.
Note: There were three other GamePlays, but I’ve decided to bar them from the War for now.

Have been infamously known to hide in their own dead breed, via piles of bones. Note: They are VERY attracted to large amounts of Reiatsu or Chi, so being in groups or being constantly in a high Release isn’t the best idea.
The closer you get the central epicenter of the catacombs, the more the Witch, dreadfully alive and well, will be aware of your presence. If she finds you, she will attempt to kill you. And she likely will. However, sneak behind her sights and take her out from the darkness, and you’re good. Or you could just try to run away sneak fully.
Due to the fact that the catacombs hadn’t been fixed in a long while, it is in unfortunately, a very poor state, just on the verge of crumbling. As such, a simple force of pressure, via a large explosion of Reiatsu, could send a large section of it collapsing.

However, after those set of turns, they will be coincidentally hit with a Shrink Ray, whether they want it or not, and will be shrinked to the point where they will be five times smaller than the average household fly. They will now have to navigate through a large area of grass, and will have to experience mankind’s greatest terrors, one being George Clooney’s dreaded magnifying glass.

Armed with a magnifying glass, this magnifying glass will steal the dreaded rays of the Sun and will strike any critter he can find, burning that tiny critter to an utter crisp. The only way to avoid the magnifying glass is to hide, via methods by going into the forest of grass, etc. Avoid the rake and gardeners too. Crowded with hundreds of passerby citizens every hour, the area is jam-packed. As such, some could use that to their advantage by hiding in the crowds, using it as a camouflage. However, if chaos is to be made, the crowd will quickly panic and disperse.
The nearby buildings and skyscrapers can be used.
If the crowd is panicked, this can call for police officers. Not really any danger, considering that they’re generic fodder, but like I’ve said, use the environment to your advantage, and borrow from it, be it a gun or anything else. However, ignore them for long enough, and something occurs.

Every five turns, an airplane will take off. If you are at the hanger at that time, chances are, you’re going to get hit by an airplane.
Starting distance: 100 meters
There will be planes soaring in the sky, so if I were you, I wouldn’t use any flight abilities if I didn’t want to get smacked by a commercial jet.
Description: An area right next to the airport, it is where airplanes go and land, and where they dock as well. Usually infesting with travelers from the airport itself, these travelers tend to ignore the takeoff area and frequently only move into the docked airplanes, their destinations.

~Liberty City
Classification: Populated city
Size: DAMN! (Radius of 23o,o5o met.)
Origin: Grand Theft Auto Franchise
GamePlay(s): All
Condition(s):
Weather: Cloudy
Use the environment to your advantage. As such, anything and everything you find or borrow could be used. Steal a cop’s car, buy yourself a machete, rob a bank, develop an alter ego and beat up other robbers, it’s all up to you. By the way, you start off with about a hundred bucks, so I’d suggest you’d rob a bank first if you want to buy the glamorous things in life.
By the way, do some sort of crime or create chaos, and you’ll be expecting some police comin’ at cha. These cops aren’t the sub-fodder ones back at NYC, these are the ones bad to the bone and armed to the teeth. So unless you’d want five tank shells and a heat-tracking missile comin’ at you, let’s not get too hasty, shall we?
All can be bribed, blackmailed, or stolen from. Use this to your advantage, to try and gain people from the city to help you in your mission.
Starting distance: Three hundred meters
There are two major forces in this city. One is the cops and their prime leader and trump card, Mr. Huggles. You mess with him, you get a can of Kick-Ass, fifty missiles on you, a steel chair to the head, and an ass whopping from y’all daddy. Seriously though, don’t mess with him.
The other are the street gangs: the major ones are the Backstabbers, Saikas, and Blue Doves. The Blue Doves are the most intellectual of the group and is kept under control by a woman nicknamed the Queen of Blurs. They usually attack in packs and possess firearms, especially sniper rifles armed with silencers. The Saikas are the more honorable ones, preferring to attack their opponents on equal terms. Their leader, Ryo, the son of a noble samurai from Japan. They specialize in blades. The last group, Backstabbers, are the more dishonorable and violent, preferring to kill their opponent up-close while humiliating them right down to the last detail. Their leader is named Junny’s Bunny for some reason. They can be bought to your side with a little bribing or blackmailing.
Hostage Rescue/Capture the Flag Exclusive: Team A will be protected by the police forces, Team B will be helped by a major street gang of their choice. The two other major street gangs will attempt to intercept both. City war, shall we?
Description: A famous, or should I say infamous, city, cruelly ruled by two major forces in the game. A major in the crime industry, it is where murdering and bank robberies are actually very, very common. Strictly an urban city, it however can be very ghetto and gangsta-like. Large buildings shield the outside world from viewing into the large gap created by criminal activity, as police repeatedly battle the street gangs over and over again, but to no avail.

Firewalls are in effect, boxing the participants in a limited area. Just to be literal, they really are on fire.
Random spam mail is hurling throughout the Internet at crazy-fast speeds. And it’s very sharp for some reason. Ouch for the paper cuts.
Usual starting distance: 5o meters
Hostage Rescue/Capture the Flag Exclusive: Starting distance is 1o meters
Description: Otherwise known as the Internet/Ethernet. A massive collection and trash bin of data, useless or otherwise, it is one of the main inventions of the 21th Century. Possessing a portal to each computer, it is a very powerful thing. No one really knows where it came from, but they’re just glad they have it.
~Dark Espada Headquarters
Classification: Organization HQ
Size: Medium(Radius of 25,o6o met.)
Origin: Real World, The US, Viz Media, Cyberspace, InterWebs, Naruto.Viz.Com, Naruto Forums, Chats & Clubs
GamePlay(s): All
Condition(s):
Weather: Heavy rain with thunderstorms in the midst
Starting Distance: 4o meters
No items found inside the DE(Dark Espada) Headquarters can be used.
Description: The headquarters of the feared Dark Espada, it is where many infamous, should I say, ‘criminals’ inhabit. Ruled by Yori, the headquarters is placed at the direct center of an island out at sea, sealed away by a large mist. Shielded from almost all sides by mountain ranges, the headquarters is also near a large lake of fresh spring water. The headquarters itself features a Dark Medieval Ages/Modern/Renaissance decoration theme.
~Briggs Mountain
Classification: Snow mountain
Size: Large(Radius of 14o, 65o met.)
Origin: Fullmetal Alchemist, Amertis North
GamePlay(s): Hostage Rescue, Capture the Flag, Bloodbath
Condition(s):
Be on the lookout for Brigg Soldiers. Train in the way of survival or the fittest and armed to the teeth, they are very experienced combatants, able to go up with adult Briggs’ grizzly bears, and will attack you upon sight, immediately assuming that you are their enemy. They will hide in snow, trenches; behind trees, and will aim to kill. There are seventy-nine posts in the area, all trenches hidden by snow. There are Brigg Soldiers on guard there; there are also firearms there as well, firearms that can be utilized to your jurisdiction as long as you get that firearm in your hands.
Due to the extremely cold weather, there are high chances of you receiving hypothermia if you don’t move. If you haven’t moved yet within four turns, you will get sick.
After fifteen turns, night will come to Briggs’ Mountains. The Brigg Soldiers will still stay on guard, but this time much more alert. However, the true danger lies in nature itself. There is little to no natural light besides the moon, which is unfortunately for the majority covered by Brigg’s mountain ranges. And beware the grizzly. These bears have adapted to the mountain’s climate for centuries and are very protective of their area. Don’t get too near, or one may just attack. So watch yourself out. Note: At night, temperature drops forty to seventy degrees. That means a definite higher chance of receiving illness.
Starting Distance: 9oo meters, both at opposite sides
Description: Located in the far north of the country of Amertis, it is a region area of few inhabits. And clearly because of it’s extremely cold temperatures. Mountain ranges cover the Sun from view, as they too as well shield the country of Drachma, an enemy country, from entering Briggs itself. Placed here to keep the Drachma from entering their country, veteran soldiers called Briggs have been positioned here.
Terminology
BFR: Battle Field Removal. It is when the opponent has been forcibly removed from the battlefield. Generally counts as a win for the person who had did it.
GM: Otherwise known as God Moddling. Prime examples include moving at Light Speed, being an Omnipotent, and controlling your opponent’s movements. If you GM majorly, then you automatically lose the battle.
Hax: A technique that is considered to be powerful and broken yet isn’t GM.
Energy-Based Attacks: Any techniques that requires the use of SE or Chi itself. Examples include Ceros, Kido, Kanka, Sonido and Shunpos, etc.
Blunt Damage: Damage from pure physical attacks that deal more external damage than internal. Examples include normal punches and kicks.
Base Form: The sealed or normal form for creatures.
Moron: Whoever read this.
Difficulty with Choosing?
If the participants are unable to decide where they wish to battle, then they will have two options:
A: Do it with the Randomnizer. It picks battlefields and GamePlay(s) randomly, as the name suggests.
B: Get a Judge to decide a number between one and thirty. Than each of the participants will guess that number. Whoever’s closer to the Judge’s number gets to choose the location.
Judges
If a battle has no clear victor and folks are on the verge of a Flame War for arguing who’s the true winner, than that’s win a Judge comes in. A Judge is a specialized watcher for the games, who comes in to judge a battle whenever there is no clear victor, obviously. He/she gets special bonuses for being a Judge, including 20% off snack prices and the ability to Judge!
However, realize that to judge a battle, you have to be unbiased as possible. You also have to read the WHOLE battle, and thoroughly as well. And lastly, I won’t give just anyone the Judge position. You need to have certain things to get it.
So apply now!

They will now have to navigate through a large area of grass, and will have to experience mankind’s greatest terrors, one being George Clooney’s dreaded magnifying glass.
Every ten turns, George Clooney will observe his backyard with heightened curiosity. If a gardener catches you, an exterminator will arrive on the scene.
Due to being shrunken, you’ve also somehow gained the ability to communicate properly to animals and insects. However, most will be wary of you, and more than a few will attack you, suspicious. Gain their trust, and they will definitely help you in your mission.

Their leader, Ryo, the son of a noble samurai from Japan. They specialize in blades. The last group, Backstabbers, are the more dishonorable and violent, preferring to kill their opponent up-close while humiliating them right down to the last detail. Their leader is named Junny’s Bunny for some reason. They can be bought to your side with a little bribing or blackmailing.

These bears have adapted to the mountain’s climate for centuries and are very protective of their area. Don’t get too near, or one may just attack. So watch yourself out. Note: At night, temperature drops forty to seventy degrees. That means a definite higher chance of receiving illness.
