Yamamoto is fast enough to fight Aizen. He's faster than Kyoraku, who as fighting Starrk(you know, the Primera?) and Ukitake.

Base Ulquiorra's got nothing that could ever begin to rival Yama-ji.

You no doubt feel that Ulquiorra could speedblitz a bloodlusted Barry Allen and go hand to hand with World War Hulk, but it's just not so.

Yama absolutely rapestoms this fight. His Shikai>All of Bleachverse minus Aizen's Plot Release.

That plus being able to tank a city busting blast makes him a champ in every aspect of the word. He beats Ulquiorra with GAR alone.

Ulquiorra cannot match up evenly with Yamamoto in hand-to-hand as we know Ulquiorra prefers it. So right off the bat, Yamamoto wins. If for whatever reason Ulquiorra decides to use his sword first, Yamamoto can imprison Ulquiorra, escape to a safe distance, and use his Flame Pillars of Hell all with his shikai.

The only attack Ulquiorra has that can remotely damage Yamamoto is Lanza del Relampago, which is very easily dodged by one as fast as Yamamoto.

Yamamoto has numerous fire techniques that would demolish Ulquiorra. While Ulqiuorra is powerful, he cannot match up to what Yama's shown when he fought against Aizen.

Perhaps you should use Yama instead of Yammy, indeed Yamamoto does burn Ulq into paste but if you use Yammy then things get kinda funny. =P

Dead characters are used all the time here, otherwise matches could get boring.

Also, there is a possibility that Yamamoto is also dead in the manga, although this is unconfirmed at the moment.
