Ssj Gotenks is far stronger than Super Android 13.

Considering SSJ Gotenks could compete with Super Buu to an extent, Super Android 13 gets stomped.

Super Android 13 may be powerful but he just cannot compete with SSJ Gotenks. IIRC, 13 was killed by the likes of SSJ Goku, so it is highly doubtful 13 can do much to SSJ Gotenks.
