Well Chiaotzu did stand up to Nappa even tho he got stomped, and Dondon ray beats Kamehameha in speed. I think Chiaotzu takes it.

Yes, it was shown only in:
Dragon Ball Episode...141? (Canon)
Dragon Ball Z Episode...16? (Filler)
The Tree of Might...which is DBZ Movie 3.
And the 2008 Special.
The only time it's been used in actual canon is that episode in Dragon Ball.

Chazou vs. Yamucha...okay...
Chazou has no fighting power. He uses his ki to do things with his mine like Gurd of the Ginyu Special Force. The only techniques he's shown are a suicide attack, freezing someone...and nothing else. He states that his powers won't even work on Nappa, and considering Yamucha trained with Kaio(Well, Chazou did too), Yamucha has seen how to beat Chazou's powers(Chazou vs. Kuririn), and the fact that Yamucha does have that bad-ass Spirit Ball, I'd have to side with Yamucha. Yamucha is a known fighter, and has shown numerous techniques such as even the Kamehameha.
Chazou would only use the Suicide attack if Tenshinhan was in danger. I don't think he would do it for anything else.
But then again, Yamucha, like Kuririn, gives up fighting in the Buu Arc, while Chazou continues to travel with Tenshinhan to train.

Not in speed Chiaotzu hit him with a Dondon Ray to the face before he is done prepping Kameameha. Plus I believe Chiaotzu is faster, and didn't he have telekenisis?

And we care why? People can use names how we want. If you know what the names are there is no reason to bag on people because they used different versions from what you prefer.

While there are canon feats, the issue with names is different. People can use whatever names they want, and as long as you know who the character is, it's fine.

Heck, I'm pretty sure someone made a thread and nicknamed the characters or some strange junk like that and it still worked out, so the issue with names should not be such a big bother.

No matter what you call them, the character is still the character. Similar idea with people who use dub attack names, no matter how much one complains about the way they're saying the attack name, it doesn't matter because it's still the same attack.

Yup, Yamucha and Chaozu are the correct names, but they're the dub names.
Yes, unlike most anime, the hunk of American DBZ fans hate the Japanese side, or at least love the dub. So we just have to deal with it.

I honestly don't know Wolf Fanf Fist's name is, it has been so long, but I'm sure that the other's name is Dondompa

Regarding Chiaotzu only using the suicide if Tien was in danger, the BG's standard settings have bloodlust on, so competitors would do whatever necessary to win.

This includes the suicide explosion, although chances are Chiaotzu would do something else if at all possible.
