Equal speed makes it more difficult but Cell still takes care of this.
Cell's regeneration is far better than any Bojack defense. Cell recovered from being blown to bits and having his body torn by Final Flash. But for some reason a Kamehameha took care of him (arguably PNJ) but SSJ2 Gohan was strong.
Cell also has telekenisis and death beam.
Gohan beat them in exactly the same way but I think Bojack is weaker. Bojack's only defense is Psycho Barrier which can be broken by a kamehameha.
Cell takes this.

Cell can regen. SSJ2 Gohan punched Bojack in half for the big fight. Kamehameha and it is over.

Regen, Instant Transmission, and Kamehameha should be able to beat Bojack.
cell was facing a weakened one armed gohan and was about to win if not for vegeta. fpssj2 gohan one shotted bojack. hard to say but ill say cell.

they are both around the same level, seeing how cell lost to aless than half powered 1 armed gohan who was holding back most of the kamehameha, but ill give it to cell since regeneration

As I said 4 months ago, Bojack was punched in half by SSJ2 Gohan. SP Cell equels, if is not greater than SSJ2 Gohan. Non Canon characters (Except Broly and Janemba) suck.

as i stated in the other thread, what has SPC shown to be even close to ssj2 gohan level, and please dont use anime only feats like tanking attacks from piccolo, tien, yamcha and krillin

Well chapter 417, page 8 shows a tired Vegeta hitting Cell with an atack from above, drawing his attention away from the Kamehameha clash, while Goku gives a pep talk from another deminsion. Show me that, that is not plot induced, and I will eat my boxers that I'm wearing right now.
he was about to kill 50% ssj2 kid gohan if not for vegeta. that shows he could at least hold off gohan with both arms. and gokus pep talk stated gohan still was holding some of his power back.

are you forgetting about the part that gohan was holding back his LESS THAN HALF POWERED kamehameha, and vegeta gave him a chance to release his full LESS THAN HALF POWER. gohan was afraid of busting the planet and goku was telling him it would be ok because of the dragonballs could restore earth

Gohan can't see Vegeta. He won't know when to go full power. That was strictly plot. But all of this is irrelevant unless you believe Bojack wins, which in that case I'll list off a bunch of Cells best feats.

obviously goku told him to fire off, but that shows that if gohan released his full less than half power at the beginning of the kamehameha cell wouldnt have even had a chance, so the plot there is gohan holding back. but i think cell wins because of regeneration, but i would say they are both around the same level based on they are both above mssj, and ussj but both majorly below ssj2

why do you keep saying less than half? it was NEVER less than half. it was 50% until gohan decided to not hold anything back and killed cell. goku kept saying "release everything! let your power explode!"
gohan fired off his half powered one armed kamehameha and piccolo stated it was no good. cell was winning and pushing gohan back. then cell said "goodbye" and was clearly about to finish gohan off. then vegeta distracted cell and goku said let your power explode! meaning dont hold anything back. so gohans power must have risen to around 60% as 50% was clearly not enough to kill every living cell.
so cell is above 50% of ssj2 kid gohans power but thats more than enough to take out bojack who got one shotted by gohan.

well it clearly wasnt less than half as gohan was holding back the whole time till right before the end.

if gohan said it was less than half , then it was less than half, your just hyping up cell based on no proof, cell isnt as strong as less than half powered ssj2 gohan
and your underestimating cell because of no proof. less than half was clearly NOT enough. piccolo even said so. cell could feel gohan losing the struggle and was about to finish him off. cell >> 50% ssj2 gohan. then goku said gohan was holding back.

im giving cell his place because of proof gohan was holding back his less than half power and when he released his less than half power he overwhelmed cell, thats all the feats he has, so based on the manga cell is less than less than half power ssj2 gohan, cell does nothing else to prove otherwise
again no. gohan was already releasing his full 50% power. then goku told him he was still holding back and to let his power out. so gohan did so which means he pushed his powers up to probably 60%.

gohan wasnt because he was holding back, read the cell saga if you have to, gohan said his power is less than half, and goku was telling him he didnt have to hold back the planet could be restored with the dragonballs, i go by the manga not the anime
