*Sitting in this Iceland of Antarctica, I stare at my opponent 10 meters away. I wonder why he chooses such a cold place, is he nuts?! No matter, I have my special White Energy acting as some kind of insulator and a hierro in ways.

Standing 10 meters, or 32 feet away from -Naruto- I pull out a tube like container. I then envelop this container with my White Energy, as I can do this considering my sword is in constant Shikai. I then launch the container at you, and under a second, about 700 same sized energy bomblets fly out the small tube and under a second bombard you with giant widespread explosions.

There were tiny energy bombs shrunken and hidden inside the container, and once I enveloped the container with my White Energy, that set off the timer to make them go to their original size, causing them the pop out of the container forcefully, but still heading in your direction. The explosion threaten to destroy you down to an atomic level, blowing the iceberg into pieces in the progress. But not on my side, as I am molding my side together with my White Energy.*

I'm still retired, I just got bored.
As of now, I could drop the energy and use some weak power unrelated to Bleach. Meaning no bankai shikai vizard or zanpakuto whatsoever.

*as you pull out a tube, i have already begun charging a blue cero, and fire it as the throw the tube. my cero and the minibomb shuriken hit in the middle of our positions, but my cero continues onwards, as it has caused the minibombs to freeze. you then start to use your white energy with the iceberg, which i then point two fingers at you as a senbon is formed, before i put out all of my fingers on my left hand and 5 senbon are formed in front of the fingers. i take the senbon and the become infused into me, allowing me to launch them in any direction at any time from my body, as i merge my own sp into the ice berg to counter act your energy from stepping to my side, as it will freeze it*

Not minibomb shuriken, I said they were "shrunken" lol.

*I notice my little attack as failed, and I shrug this off as I notice my energy is starting to freeze somehow. I don't worry about this much either, as my White Energy automatically destroys foreign powers/infections/diseases etc. and the ice fails to overcome my energy. The white energy spreads throughout the whole iceberg and then starts to pull apart the molecules in the giant iceberg, acting as salt, changing the state of the ice back into liquid water. The Water then falls into the ocean of cold water below, as I float into the air.

While this is happening I point my finger at you as a Ball of White Energy is being formed, with a red outlining on it. Energy Blast Flash Once I mutter these words a huge blast of white energy travels at 7 times the speed of sound, and reaches you in extremely under an second. The Blast will engulf your body, and threatens to wipe out any trace of you completely, destroying you as fast as it got there. Quickly, a wave of White Energy is ejected from the bottom of my feet, and the water below in a 60 feet radius is being turned into hyrdogen and oxygen from unbinding, making a "dome" that reaches to the ocean floor. To keep water from filling the hole, White Energy acts as the walls of the "dome" as I descend into it quickly.

How is it impossible?
Mach 7 is merely hypersonic, deal with it.
I'll tell you how I did it, however.
Extremely magnifying the kinetic energies of my white energy blast, it got an huge boost to speed.
I am able to increase, magnify, and amplify any of my energies. When my When my White Energy is extremely magnified, it turns Black, which happens in Bankai.
Kinetic energy is invisible, but when I increase/magnify it, it turns red. I chose this color, it could still be invisible if I wanted it to be.
