"Please stop confusing "Animation(characters fluidity of movement)" with Artwork(how the characters are drawn/depicted)."
C&P'ed since a lot of people here are confusing the two.
With that said, 167 had great animation.

I will be among the first to post here and to admit my confusion and mistake. Yes, I have confused animation with artwork in the past few episodes. That said, I agree with you; the animation of 167 was great, but the artwork suffered as a result.

i admit i got the 2 mixed up. but the guy who does the "animation" has done a way better job on past episodes. i dont get why he changed it so dramatically this time

But in this case both animation and artwork have suffered. In order to make to movements fast and the battle intense the animators have totally messed up character design and hence artwork is ruined. And because of messy artwork the motion doesn't look realistic at all.

Your opinion = irrelevant.

You misunderstand what animation is. Please look it up since my explanation didn't clear it up for you.

I was actually one of the first to notice that it was the artwork that sucked and not the animation. Waka has always done a fabulous job with the animation, it is just he has never done a really fast pace fight, and so the artwork probably suffered because of that. It was still saved due to the tremendous laughs it gave me when I first watched it.
