Tosen......far from that. Tosen couldn't even take out Kenpachi with his Bankai. While that was a while ago, Tosen's hollow feats were far from impressive, considering the best he could do was fight off Komamura and Hisagi, who are far from Gin's level.

I don't see how Tosen can kill Gin.
