Anyway, Konan has too much paper for Torune to get it all with his nano bugs. He could take out a large section of her overall mass, but he'd end up with a paper spear in his throat within a few seconds.

I was thinking more along the lines of her having enough paper to cover almost all of Konoha's population while also having enough to form her own body and a tree the size of a skyscraper.
