Itachi's tsukyuyomi is extremely powerful. There is just no way( Izanagi or no Izanagi ) danzo can escape that. Plus Itachi's susanoo has that reflecting shield which will turn dazo's fuuton on himself(idk if it will hurt danzo). So yeah Itachi takes this one.
