View Full Version : Is Bleach worth watching?

I like Bleach but I got confused in it and I stopped for a while at like episode 115 I think.. I dunno if I should continue watching it. If anyone can explain to me what happened until episode 115 or 116 or if its really worth watching it I'd appreciate it! Thank you~! ♥

I'm not sure which episode Adult Swim is at but Bleach just got done with the most annoying filler arc ever.
I think the episodes about the Visoreds are coming next so I say it's worth watching. :mrgreen:

Actually the Bleach anime is surprisingly pretty good. Great animation compare to Naruto but the storyline and everything is starting to become more like DBZ.

imo opinon Bleach has a better storyline then naruto as for the bount arc atleast there was actually a good final fight to it unlike the 3 tailed arc in naruto.

Every time I try to watch it, I feel overwhelmed by the large mass of characters and the far, far plot line. Adult Swim isn't very reliable when it comes to reruns...Or at least, I keep missing them. :p Can anyone pm me a reliable site that could start me out on the anime? I could easily read the manga, but I like seeing the anime first for some odd reason. :mrgreen: Thanks to anyone that helps! Great thread btw, just a question I needed answered. ;)

I thought the Bount arc was extremely boring. I didn't bother finishing it...
That's why I don't know what episode Adult Swim is at.
But Shonen Jump had a list of Visored episodes.
It said they were coming in July. Or June...I get these months mixed up. But it's coming soon... :???:

I've read the Visored part in the Manga and it seems worth it. :mrgreen:

I'm on episode 117, which is when the Arcanars and the Visored and Ichigo's dad being a Reaper was introduced. The episode was dubbed and so are the next 20 or 30 episodes so far. I watch at a very reliable site.

Never - Anime Bleach is more interesting than Anime Naruto.
I dislike Anime Naruto cuz of a LOT OF LONG FILLERS,and long battles
but its just my opinion...

i've only barely gotten to Bleach but it seems pretty good, i havent seen much episodes but my friend told me that ichigo's dad was like a powerful soul reaper and just wanted to know if its true?

Yeah it was kinda weird for me seeing him as a Soul Reaper. But you get used to the idea.
You'll see later on in the story. Near the Visored arc, and during.
You see Uryu's dad too. (I hate Uryu's dad! :evil:)

I don't know if it would spoil it for you or not but...

Uryu's dad said he didn't care if his son dies or not. Then Ichigo's dad said that he was a worse father that Uryu's dad was. I wanted to kick my Shonen Jump across the room.

Yes deffinitely watch it, I've seen every episode so far on Adult Swim and I have the first two seasons/arcs and first movie on DVD right now. Bleach is also the only other manga besides Naruto that I'm completely up to date with.

I have the 1st & 2nd seasons and I agree with everyone the bount arc was not the best but it is good and I have the 3rd season along with boxset 15 for Naruto pre-ordered. At the least give it another go and if you can get, rent, or see if someone would loan it to you.
