First of all, Sasuke>Itachi in terms of Susano'o and overall control and capabilities of his MS. Sasuke has broken out of Itachi's genjutsu before, what is stopping him this time? Once Itachi is out of the picture it's smooth sailing as any variation of Chidori will suffice in defeating Sakura.

Sasuke dies a little every time he uses Sasunno. Itachi controled his WAy better. Sasuke had to draw up SO much hate just to get to lv.3. Itachi while Weak + SICK generated Sasunno lv.3 in an instant. Also Sasuke's Sasunoo can be broken, Itachi's cant

No, Sasuke>Itachi, as far as the manga is concerned. Itachis Susanoo is undoubtably stronger than Sasukes, but he cant control it for very long. Sasukes Susanoo has lasted a long time, such as in his match against Danzo. He continually kept up Susanoo for a few chapters. And how would Tsukyomi work on Sasuke? If a Hebi Sasuke was able to break himself out of it (as in before he could use MS) why cant he just do it again?

Sakuras isnt doing anything. If she runs into battle she'll get burned alive by Amaterasu. Same with Hinata. They're taking supportive roles here. Not offensive ones.And Itachi being sick and weak made him very drained. yes. But we dont have any feats to prove that he can use MS for long periods of time. Unless we're going by hype. Which; we dont debate by.

Sasuke has used Susanoo 3 times. The First time he fought 5 4 Kage at once. Of course he was going to lose. A basic Susanoo couldnt possibly defend him from such powerful opponents. Itachi controlled his Susanoo better yes. But he only lasted, about a minute or so? Maybe 2 Tops? In his Susanoo form. After he uses it, he becomes very drained. And cannot fight much. Sasuke can stay in Susanoo for longer amounts of time. And can still fight well after using it . As hes shown on numerous occasions.
Regardless of Itachis Susanoo being stronger, he just doesnt have the chakra to use it very long. Sasuke can wear him out.

LOL Sakura and Itachi FTW, Sasuke might, might be stronger than Itachi but he's also rash and emotional. Itachi's calm and collected in battle, he's got the intellectual edge and Itachi's teamed up with Sakura who'll probably do something other than cry.
