Super Namek vs. Super Saiya-jin

hear me out on this one. imperfect cell/android saga. piccolo after fusing with kami vs. freshlman ssj vegeta. i think piccolo could not only hold his own, but take the fight handily. my reasoning is that 18 thumped on vegeta while piccolo pressed 17 pretty hard, practically on par. piccolo also wouldve destroyed 1st form cell if not for plot. what do u think?

With Vegeta being new to SSJ that would definitely give Piccolo a huge advantage.

Kami Fused Piccolo was able to take on people like Android 17 and Imperfect Cell. Vegeta was getting stomped by 18. While Piccolo might not have been able to defeat the two, he at least fought them off, while Vegeta was trashed pretty quickly.

I would say Piccolo takes this pretty handily.

In this situation, yes Piccolo would win. As several posts above have said, Piccolo was on par with Android 17, who is slightly stronger than 18. 18 made Vegeta look like a fool during their fight.

alright lets extend this to goku then. defender of earth piccolo vs. defender of justice namek saga ssj goku. personally i think gokus original ssj form is stronger than vegeta's. the question is how much stronger?

Personally I'd still say Piccolo wins.

Goku was stomping Frieza, although Piccolo could've done the same thing.

While Goku was powerful, I doubt he could've effectively fought off 17 at the time. Piccolo kept up with 17 pretty easily.

Talking about Goku now, is this after his training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber? If so, then he easily wins as he's shown by keeping up with Perfect Cell and we all know Perfect Cell crushes 17 like a bug. If not, Piccolo does have a legitimate chance at winning as he could've beaten 17 if 17 didn't tire.

To let you guys know there is only one Super Namek and it's Lord Slug. Slug can transform to a size of a Great Ape so he has a better chance of beating Super Saiyan. But I'm just saying and Piccilo has absolutly no chance in hell against a Saiyan.

Picollo beat Goku in his premiere arc in Dragonball. Goku only beat him because they were fighting in a tournament and Goku knocked him out of the ring. :)

Piccolo was called a Super Namek after he fused with Kami, and Slug is non-canon, never happen in the manga.

As for the question, Piccolo(after fusing with Kami) was much stronger than all of the Super Saiyans before they went in the Room of Spirit & Time.

Piccolo was referred to as a Super Namek on multiple occasions.

Piccolo has no chance against a Saiyan? So are you telling me Raditz can defeat end of series Piccolo? Are you telling me that people like Nappa and Base Vegeta have any chance against Piccolo? That's pretty amusing.

Early SSJ Vegeta would get crushed by Piccolo.

OP said Freshman SSJ Vegeta, not Super Vegeta. Super Vegeta would annihilate Piccolo, but SSJ Vegeta gets destroyed.

Even though Goku technically won via ring-out, Piccolo was still KO'd either way.
