So far it's the fastest moving object in the entire series. It easily outstrips Raikage in terms of speed. That puts it at around Mach 7, possibly higher.

Chapter 442, pages 7 and 8

You can see the FRS is only around 20 Cm away there, and it's clear Pein would have to jump at least one meter to avoid it by the time it reaches him. This makes a quick calc very easy.

We'll assume 20 cm is correct, and assuming FRS moves at a hilariously slow sound speed...

.2 m / 343 m/s = .00058 s (Time he has to dodge)

It's easy to see Pein would need to jump at least a meter to avoid getting his legs chopped off, so jumping a meter in that time frame:

1 / .00058 s = 1,724.14 m/s (Speed needed to dodge)

And that's only using a very, very low speed for FRS.

Now call me an idiot to believe Deva paths is low hypersonic or better. Once again, this is using the very slow speed of Supersonic.

Watching the Anime, the jutsu took 32 seconds to make it across 15 meters, you can tell the anime was put it in slow motion, doubling the time, so you cut 32 in half you get 16. So the jutsu traveled 15 meters in 16 seconds.

If you look at them you can tell there about 50 feet away, and the greatness speed the jutsu could of had from there is 218 mph.

lets say they were 100 feet away!

100 feet in 0.1 seconds

You can see the FRS is only around 20 Cm away there, and it's clear Pein would have to jump at least one meter to avoid it by the time it reaches him. This makes a quick calc very easy.

.2 m / 343 m/s = .00058 s (Time he has to dodge)

If you want to measure how far away they are accurately, you need a good camera angle (bird's eye view or horizontal work best for me) and you need a scale with which to measure the distance. I've only actually done one speed calculation before, but it was one in which I used Sasuke's height to scale distance. Considering the angle the panel is at, it's hard to use something to scale the distance.

I needed rasenshuriekns speed to make sure that was right. It looks about 20 to 30 centimeters away. It was just a rough guess.

and Rasenshuriken was only around 600 mph.

using naruto's height 5.4 and using that to scale how far he was from pain on chapter 442 page 5, I came up with about 162 feet.

Ok, lets find out what the jutsu speed is at 162 feet:

0.1 seconds = 11,045mph

0.5 seconds = 441mph

1 second = 110mph

2 seconds = 55mph

3 seconds = 36mph

4 seconds = 27mph

5 seconds = 22mph

The time frame exists but the distance is unknown.

Which chapter and Page? because after naruto got out of CT, he use FRS and the distance was only abot 162 to 200 feet away. and 1 second is 110mph.
