Current Sasuke vs. Itachi

Well read the title. But this time sasuke doesnt have EMS. And its at the place where itachi died.

Itachi rapes whether or not Sasuke has EMS. He stomped the crap out of Sasuke while half-dead, nearly blind and holding back and Sasuke has actually gotten weaker since then due to losing Orochimaru's jutsus and the Curse Seal.

If he actually wanted to kill Sasuke, Itachi would have no trouble doing so at all.

I disagree with Dudemeister,
Considering Sasuke was able to hold his own against 3 Kages, and Danzo.
I can't see how' hes gotten weaker after losing Oro.

Even if its do to PNJ.

But I still think Itachi wins,
only think Sasuke has on him is better Ammy control.

If by "hoilding his own" you mean "Got the crap beat out of him and only won thanks to Deus Ex Machina and a timely intervention by Madara" then I'd agree. Otherwise, no.

I'm not doubting that Sasuke would lose,

I'm just saying that having Oro wasn't that great of a power boost to him anyway....
