I agree with the second point but I think you meant him with his fruit, I said he doesn't get his DF.

Well all the admirals without their fruit are at least a lot faster than G2 Luffy which puts them in the double digits, so yeah they speedblitz.

No I meant as he is, w/o fruit. He's easily high hypersonic, with the best reaction speed shown. So he could easily just one shot the entire transonic or lower narutoverse
