The fastest is Raikage, followed by Killerbee then Kisame, Tendou, HM Jiraiya, HM Naruto.

What does 'HM' stand for, or did you mean SM? For the most part I agree with your post though besides the hm factor which confuses me..

Is that the same as Sage Mode? I have been quite busy lately so I haven't been able to keep up with all the modes lately. If not may you please explain the difference? Thank you by the way:D

The proper romaji name is Sennin Modo, which translates into Hermit Mode.

There is no one on his level. You can't judge him against other Ninja, because he only has Taijutsu. There for, he's his own class.

u are wrong because his speed comes from extreme training and the other ninja dont do that they learned as a jutsu or from using jinchuriki power

The Gates are a technique that Rock Lee uses to get faster. So . . . yeah.

Also, Gai > Lee in every aspect.

And Raikage was moving faster than Lee ever has WITHOUT any Jutsu.

Raikage is much much much faster than Lee. As was Minato. Although, thats teleporting. Not sure if that classifies as speed. Then theres SM Naruto, Kisame, hell even Itachi might be faster than Gated Lee.

The Raikage is probably the fastest, but I might agree with you that Lee is the fastest without the use of any chakra.

I havn't done as much research on this as most of you so Lee might not be the fastest. But whenever they have Lee run they always show him as faster than most. Ex.) Gaara vs. Rock Lee. So he might not be the fastest but he's definately fast.

And Kisame. When do I get to see any speed from him? I don't read the manga so I'm seriously asking. In the anime they don't ever show him moving faster than a jog at tops.

Since you don't read the manga then you wouldn't know but if you really want to know click the spoiler tags
Kisame is extremly fast he was able to keep up with KB in his 8 tailed beast cloak which gave sasuke trouble. Then when Kisame Fused with samehada he created a huge bubble of water called the water dome which moves with kisame and he is SUPER fast he pretty owned KB who was using his second form of the KB cloak (which is like naruto's 4 tails or 6 tails where his skin peels away) so ya kisame is way faster then kiba and kisame is probably one of the fastest so far in the series

lee is fast as heck wit no chakra used or teleporting dne. but as far as kisame yea he was fast in his aqua dome he made... cuz he fused wit samehada and turned part shark:shock: but on land i never seen him run any faster then me! maybe when tht killer bee fight gets animated and we can actualy tell i'll change my mind on him until then i believe he's slow

Minato is not fast. He hasn't shown any speed feats that put him anywhere near Raikage level. Lee is actually shown to be faster than Minato.

Neji is not in any way fast. He is a fodder ninja compaired to Lee. As for Sasuke, as much as I hate him, he kept up with Raikage, so that makes him pretty fast.

No, actually Raikage is still the fastest, and Minato's speed is all hype. He's not realy that fast without FTG, which is teleportation.
