SM Jiraiya could blitz Oro and overpower him. Frog Song>Oro as well.

Base Jiraiya won't win though, Eight Branches Technique will overpower boss toads.

Jiraiya is way too fast to get stabbed in the face with Orochimaru's sword just like that, there's just no way.
All Jiraiya needs is his Ma and Pa summons, and he's all good.

No he isn't. He's supersonic. When Pain popped out of the ground to attack him, he couldn't react, he ended up getting stabbed.

Those jutsu take prep time which Oro doesn't have.

Armless Orochimaru took on Tsunade and a Jiraiya who was drugged by Tsunade so he couldn't properly control his chakra, and was furthermore unwilling to go all out against Orochimaru.
