Danzo can just use Izanagi and then spam wind jutsu. I doubt that Kimi can tank moves that can slice through Susanoo. If Sasuke had trouble killing him then what is Kimi gonna do?

Just because Sasuke needed, Sasano'o to break it doesn't mean its the only thing that can break it.

The seal was broken by a huge powerful "Dark" chakra surge of Sasuke's MS Susanoo maturation. It is obviously greater than anything we have seen in CS2.

Kimimaro's only hop of breaking the seal is CS2 but that is debatable.

How do bone bullets "counter" Susanoo slicing wind techniques? The bullets were never shown to be powerful enough to interrupt wind like that, clearly the bone bullets would be useless.

Well I suppose it has to be mentioned that the Vacuum Serial Waves Power was strongly enhanced due to being in Combo with the Baku.

Without the Baku we can only speculate cause who know's how strong it was in normal Power however since Danzo was using it in this Combo we can safely say that he didn't do it without a reason and most likely knew a normal one wouldn't work.

So the Jutsu's effects are pretty much worth crap without his Summon.
