How do you get Tobi?

You have to clear both story of Naruto and Sasuke.

What are the other modes in the game?

There are actually several story modes. There's one that goes from the Rescue Gaara Arc to at least the Hidan and Kakuzu Arc (Although it probably goes up to the Sasuke vs. itachi fight like the roster does). There's also another that has an all-new original storyline and I've heard that there may be another about Sasuke and team Hebi. The stories appear to be made up of fights and 2D platforming levels although there is some footage of a 3D adventure mode as well. That's all that is known about the Story Modes for now.

How do I use the Awakening in battle?

In order to use the Awakening in battle. You have to keep hittint the opponent till your Seal unseals in the top left. Once its unsealed, There will be a button shown as L. When you press L. You will be awakened.

How to unlock Pain?

To unlock Pain, you have to finish the Naruto Story(the 5th one), in the last story, after defeating the final boss, there would be 3 path extensions, clear all of them to unlock Jiraiya, Konan, and the three bodies of pain.

How do I use 2 player team up combo?

When you're close to your teammate, a sort of lightning holding you together will appear. Then use a triangle-circle jutsu(not ult jutsu) to do it. You can only use it when the lightning-ish-ness is there, and some character don't have team moves. Combo examples are Guy-Kakashi, Chiyo-Sakura, Hidan-Kakuzu, Itachi-Kisame, Kisame-Itachi-Deidara, Naruto-Sasuke, and Deidara-Tobi


How do I do a 2 player battle with friends?

Go to the second option at the main menu(the one where sakura appears).
A blue background with naruto's silhoutte will appear along with three more options:
Host
Join Game
and Exit

Have the other PSP choose Host Game and the other one Join game.
Just wait the press O. This should take you to the character selection screen.

Ain't there only nine psp wallpapers, under the Tree of Mettle, why I ask that is because you have up to ten for the unlockable wallpapers unless you mean the figures that you adjust under options and not the actual wallpapers you put on your background of the psp main menu, and does your list include how to get the Hokage Naruto Wallpaper I finished the game in about a couple of weeks and found I was missing the ninth wallpaper (Hokage Naruto) but got a password that you input to get it.

I'd stick with Storm 2. I wasn't impressed at all with Heroes 3...
