oh I know that lol, I was just pretty dissapointed, I wanted more of a challenge, and I was really hopeing for Free Battle.

I wouldve preferred Free Battle, too.. Still would have been a hell of a lot of fun, and not as much of a spoiler as the boss battle.

That's true.. but then I see them having to make both a 4-Tailed Awakening and a 6-Tailed Awakening as options before you fight.. Which seems unlikely to me. Why make two awakenings for the same character that basically do the same thing?..

Yes they are similar but they can not just put the 4tails in the Sage Naruto vs Pain fight and say that its the same as the 6tails. I think they will make the 6tails its more important to the story then some full characters are.

BUT, there is hope.. since Hinata hasn't been confirmed.
Perhaps they intend to do a scan that reveals them both, together.
Since, they are obviously connected.

Yes but they have already shown us that they are not leaving anything big like that this time. They shown us every arc is in, every big fight and important character, so I would not base everything off of the first game.

I thought that too, its the only awakening they can give him but if we were able to pick the awakening before the fight we would have a chance for the 8tails naruto. We can pick ultimate and jutus I don't see why we can't pick this.

hey guys hows that patience no jutsu holding up? hmph haha intresting discussion you all had today i was quite entertained with your topic of awakenings...as for orochimaru i would prefer him summoning snakes rather than turning into them im not a big fan of the white snake because it really didnt do anything if anything it made him easier for sasuke to defeat i would prefer a mode where he sheds his skins and becomes harder to hit or faster with summoning and jutsu like in the oro/vs 4tk battle the white snake should just be a combo move or ougi at best. and i think kabuto is being held back because they are going to make the oro cells version with the hood and white skin. anyhow thats my two cents im sure oro will be a bad man whatever cc2 decides to do....

Well, we cant jump to conclusions saying Minato woud win. He hasnt shown enough feats....Considering Itachi is in full health, all he has to do is use Susano'o.

It would be soo amazing if EMS sasuke and perfect jinchurikki naruto was dlc characters for this game... I couldn't even imagine what their move sets would be like... I'm sure everyone would play as them online so much it would be redonkulous. Sasuke would probably use susanoo full on and amaterasu, i could see like when sasuke attacks, its susanoos arms or what ever striking the enemy and maybe like his long distance attack would be like the arrow thing susanoo shoots and his block would probably be susanoos shield, and he would for a combo be like susanoo arm slash several times and end it with an amaterasu. For perfect jin naruto i think he would just move at insanely fast speeds and HOW AWESOME WOULD IT BE IF SINCE HIS NEW POWERS IS SO FULL OF LIFE POWER, THAT HE WILL THEREFORE HEAL INSTANTLY DURING BATTLE! which... they could have him regenerate health during a fight in the game, and that makes it so much more difficult because you would have to deal damage fast enough and greater enough to him to defeat him in a battle.

I think we should all think about what i said about narutos powers being full of life energy and how even though naruto didn't have control over the fox's power, he could heal much faster than the normal human, and now that he has FULL control of it he should heal much much faster so basically... heal in a fight (which will come in handy against sasuke in the end), i truely think that kishimoto is thinking the same thing.

Not true at all~!

Sasuke vs Danzo fight- sasuke was able to kill him over and over and over and OVER again, non stop as if he had almost unlimited chakra... NOW he has the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the most strongest fiercest eye technique other than the rinnegan itself. Now sasuke can amaterasu much more without losing his sight (which i don't know if you know but that is flame that never dies unless user ceases its being) and he can probably use susanoo to it's full extent (which is the ultimate ULTIMATE defense..) Naruto is going to need everything he can get to keep up with that powerhouse massing up to destroy naruto with everything he's got... `|(

And actually I would say that he can already move at such high speeds to appear to be teleporting... in fact he has to control his new found strength (which is on a creator's (sage of the six paths) level. `|(

Specifically, I'm expecting it going to the Pein Invasion arc, ending with the defeat of Pein. Character-wise, I'm expecting all the Akatsuki, many powerful characters and such, many incredible awakenings (maybe multiple, who knows) some awesome costumes and many sweet jutsu and breath-taking cinematics and ougi. I'm anticipating a fun story mode, and endless entertainment from the free-battle and online modes. This will be the best game ever for me.

Every time i hear someone talk trash about CoNR3, i die a little bit inside. that game was GREAT. It's like a reuglar fighting game, like tekken, or dead or alive. The gameplay was fantastic. I loved it. Favorite naruto game ever.

I know I love clash of ninja revolution 3 I love the clash of ninja series period but I do think that storm will be equal to conr3 maybe even greater and actually Im playing it right now having some fun with hinata fighting against itachi and kisame

well don't feel too left out the only games I played were the clash of ninja series, ultimate ninja 3 and heroes 3 and that's it I would say broken bond but I sorta don't count that as a game anymore

aha that doesnt sound too fun `o.o". what about guides on the computer? I think they'll be optional..
I mean, it wouldnt make sense to have to do a side mission with NARUTO so you can fight Itachi with SASUKE.

dont think we're able to get on roof tops or anything this time, atleast not in the leaf village
in broken bond we could run up the walls wherever we wanted, even on the fences, which we couldnt do in rise of a ninja

we can travel back and forth to the sand village, the rain village is unknown if we can go back to it after the story or if its a one time thing, and also unsure of the cloud village aswell

If not then the matches will be too short... And on that note i was watching those 3 videos and when naruto did his rasenshuriken, it did an insane amount of damage... making me think that that was his ultimate. IT seemed like the same amount of damage that would happen in an ultimate jutsu from the first game...

Or maybe it is right to have only two bars of health... because in the real story an ultimate move like the rasenshuriken would definitely be fatal to anyone taking the blow.

NOOO.. I want 3 bars. Yeah, Rasenshuriken would kill you, but I dont want to play a game where the main character, along with everyone else has a 1 hit-K.O. move.. I agree that extra bars should be optional.. They shortened the ultimates, so they better not shorten the matches, too.

Personally I think they should be customizable, longer battles are better to be honest haha Seems like there's only two at the moment though but idk maybe they'll change it.

About the stage CC2 like to make plain ones that can be used for many different things (Grassy Waves Prairie, Forest of Death ect in Storm 1). That just looks like it could be used for any sand village fights.

Which sort of explains why the Free Roam is so huge.. Making a 3D planet is hard and takes up a lot of memory.. Letting a couple 3D objects move around on a big image.. EASY. I think we're going to find that the Free Roam world is terribly UN-interactive.. This also explains why, as deidaracorpse said, we haven't seen anyone of walls on rooftops.. That would require 3D buildings..

well didnt CC2 say some where that the villagers were interactive? like and that they actually talked this time cause im sure i heard that some where, so im guessing only people and objects are interactive, and we can get into high places as shown in that picture with naruto in that building were all the messenger birds are sent

their are side missions, hiroshi said a long time ago 20 or so hours for story 10 for side missions to get 100%

YEAH, YEAH I NOTICE THAT TOO! Lol.. You can always tell which rock something is about to crawl from under, or which wall Tsuande is about to put a hole in. That's the best theory about the ougis Ive heard so far, actually.. But, if that were the case I wish they only shortened them IN online mode.. We've already seen based on the gameplay videos, that those ougis were for plain vs mode.

Sounds spot on, in the extended version we will see Naruto make the clones form the Rasenshuriken then hit them with it instead of it being over in a few seconds.
