simple when you compare it truly rinningan wins since well the way we have seen it used
destroyed a village in an instant you can do everything sharingan can do basically just has different techniques and the way pain uses it no gen could hurt him
and we have never seem direct contact between both
but ems is eternal but rinningan caught every beast and combined them
and made the moon sharingan hasnt made a moon so rinnigan would winn
and who knows if nagato survived maybe he could fully develope and use it like rikudo sennin

I just found that it can let you see Chakra and let you do any jutsu no matter what nature type you are. Also you can uses 7th path of pain, and do that "Six Path of Pain" thing Negato did.

well i think they are equal because with ems you can use the time/space jutsu madara uses and you can break most genjustu but then again with the rinnegan you can use the 6 paths of pain,and you can do any justu

Not everyone gets madara's teleporting jutsu. Sasukes will be different. and you dont technically use the 6th paths of pain, that was nagatos idea. You can go without using them, he just used them cause he was old and couldnt manuever well.
