since it a blood line limit doesn't it mean you can gain it if like rub Sasuke's blood in yo eyes for sharingan or Pein's for rinneagan ( can gain DNA that way )

Don't you mean Kekkei Genkai? And, no, it'd be in the genes and such, something that gaining blood from someone wouldn't change.

no, it has to be in your DNA coding, and you cant gain dna, if you could, when someone bled on you, and your skin absorbed it, you would mutate or sumthin from all the DNA criss-crossing, you cant gain DNA
and it is Kekkei Genkei :)

I think not. For you to have a Kekkei Genkai, your body must be in sync with it. Look at how Kakashi tires after using his Sharingan. It would be best if you would transplant their eyes though.

yea, you cant gain one by rubbing blood in your eyes, but if you have the actual Kekkei Genkei, you can make use of it. Like with kakashi, he implanted the eye while it was saringan was activated, but if Obito had turned it off, his eye would be obitos normal eye. And Kekkei Genkei is blood line limit, it is just a basic translation.

There is a possibility to gain it by somehow doing something to your dna and then some, kinda like hoe orochimaru did it.

Yeah, if you rubbed blood on your eyes, the only thing you'd accomplish is getting an eye infection or possibly losing your eyesight all together.

Kakashi's sharingan eye is permanent, it cant turn back to a normal eye, this is because he had it implanted into him while sharingan was still activated, so he may have the power of sharingan, but he doesnt control it.

"so he may have the power of sharingan, but he doesnt control it" If he cant control it how does he get the monkekyo in shippudan?
