This village was hidden under the ocean until recent times. All shinobi of this village, from regular-nin to medical-nin, help run the village. It is a beautiful village with beautiful buildings and scrumptious food. The main food is a fish ramen dish. The Village Hidden in the Ocean works together with other villages in helping to develop new water jutsus. The village is run by the Sukokage, or Ocean Shadow. The Sukokage is a young woman. She gives an opening speech at the village's Academy every year.

Short Bio: Akasun was born in the Village Hidden in the Ocean. Her father, the First Sukokage, built the village. When she was 15, her father was murdered by rogue ninjas from the Hidden Mist Village and she became Sukokage. She has improved the village by adding a meditation area for those who wish to train in the art of meditation.
