it would hurt. it would hurt a lot. even if hidan did survive, he would be in a lot of pain, not to mention not able to control chakra, because rasenshuriken destroyed each chakra point i'm pretty sure.

Of course it would hurt him. It just wouldn't kill him.
EDIT: It wouldn't kill him right away, actually. From what I understand he needs to kill people to remain immortal and being unable to control chakra as well as being cut up so bad would prevent that for long enough.

well it would destroy every cell in his body so he wouldnt be able to move,thik,or do anything hed be no better than dead

Rasen-shuriken cuts the chakra flow to each cell in a person's body. Without chakra, a person would die. Even if Hidan is immortal, doing this to him would at the very least leave him a crippled invalid, unable to move or anything else.

well the rasenshuriken obliterated a pein body leaving peices of body everywhere. so it hurt him and hed be in little pieces but i guess the peices will still be alive
