Kakashi's death?

After a fierce battle with Pain, it comes into question whether Kakashi has died. During the dream scence, Kakashi saw his late sensei Minato, Rin, Obito, the young Leaf shinobi, and his dad sitting by the fire. Did Kakashi die for real?

1. It's written that Kakashi has never taken his own life into risk, but in that occasion he has calculated the risk that he will probably get killed by Pain. You know how accurate he is......
2. When Chouji is reporting Pain's ability to the 5th, He asks about Kakashi. The 5th doesn't tell anything, she just seems to be sad while they talk about Kakashi... Why does she act that after all.........?
3. There are a lot of victims coz' of Pain's attack, and those dead people who are killed by Pain are brought back to life by him after he has meaningful talk with Naruto. Shizune and Kakashi are two of them who come back to life........and may be Jiraiya too (as he is killed by Pain)...
