FYI I know there isn’t many feats at all so like one very smart person said on this Forum... this is when u must use educated guesses and your over all knowledge about the people fighting... in this case SLUGS

For ex... WE know how a tailed beast fights with out a host.. We know tailed beast have huge chakra etc...

yeah but each beast grants the jinkuricki different abilities to, such as lava and sand manipulation, bubbles etc. even if the more tails have slightely more chakra than the preceeding, that does not guarantee a win with speacial abilities; also speed comes into play as well. that being said yes maybe a little more chakra with each tail, but not greater abilites aside from maybe a slightely more potent menacing ball

Kyubi is on a whole nother level altogether

shukaku does have a menacing ball, it just sucks in comparision to like 8 tails and 6KNT

Nibi was stated to have the element of fire. Its menacing ball is the fire and chakra mixed.

Shukaku's own menacing ball should be more like sand ball or something.

In certain situations -- like this one -- a battle can not be determined solely on feats because some characters are shown more than other. This eliminates abilities they may possess. That is when educated assumptions and good judgement come into play. Hiashi is the leader of the Hyuuga clan and has way more battle experience than Neji. So, how can you say Neji would win due to having more feats? That is illogical.
