I'd say Sasori's Third Kazekage's Iron Sand.

The Third Kazekage itself has a pretty good character design and his technique's amazing. All those shapes it can take with the magnetic Iron Sand and how if it even gives you a scratch it kills you. Plus, it's the color black which I like.

True, the third Kazekage was an amazing puppet as well as the one he hid in. I can't remember the name but it had that tail. Anyways, I guess my two favorite techniques would be Chiyo's, and Iron sand.

if you remeber back to tge chunin exam kankuro use the puppet jutsu to trip up naruto so i doubt they have to be willing
