The, Hidan And Kakuzu Arc is also pretty good. But I like the Pein Invasion better.

Naruto: THE FILLER ARCS!!! DUH!!!! Lol. Maybe the invasion of konohoa one where the 3rd dies...

Shippuden: Kakuzu and Hidan arc hands down. While the Pain arc is so far dramatic, the animation is crap, and the Kakuzu and Hidan's arc animation was amazing. Also remember this section is about the anime, and the pain arc isn't done yet on the anime.

In the original Naruto I liked the Sasuke Retrieval Arc and in Shippuden I like either the Sasuke and Sai arc, the Hidan and Kakuzu arc, or the Pain Invasion Arc.
