Kakashi and sasuke would be evenly matched in just about every aspect except genjutsu. I don't like debating about sasuke because he has proven himself to have a taijutsu that has weakened becuase killer bee outmatched him.

Kakashi has been proven to be strong enough to survive an itachi at 30 percent strength, which is what sasuke fought.(Itachi was coughing up blood, so he was weakened) I would say that with side effects aside, It would draw in most aspects except chidori versus lightning blade.
