I would think most of them were around the same age or a year older...sakura, lee, shikamaru.

but as for tsunade isn't she fifty something? her, jiriyah, orochimaru are the same age.

I read some of their ages somewhere a long time ago. I'll see if i can find it.

I'm pretty sure that in Anime and Manga, characters don't age unless there's a time skip, but I'm unfamiliar with any time skips other than Naruto Shippuden. The reason as to why this is true is quite blunt, it would just be too hard for Masashi Kishimoto to keep creating a new style for Naruto. As you can see, it was pretty hard for Kishi to change everything in the first place. He didn't change numerous characters, Shikamaru barely changed, Lee didn't change, etc. To be blunt, the answer to your question is, they are the age that Kishi says they are because they don't change in appearance every year, thus, they don't age.

But it's not what he's looking for. Try expressing what you're trying to say differently, so I can understand.

Deidara is 19 but today is his brirthday so that makes in 20 in real life
