Sasuke owns. Mindrape, ammy, susano'o, the list goes on and on. Guy and asuma simply can't take sasuke without some serious restrictions, because in this case they get stomped, hard.

Sasuke can easily blitz them both too, Guy can only surpass Sasuke's speed with gates, and there's no way Sasuke's letting that happen.
If Sasuke uses Susanoo there's nothing Guy and Asuma can do.

Sasuke should win this. Amateratsu easily takes care of Asuma. It should take care of Guy too. Guy could possibly dodge Amateratsu while he's using the Gates, but in regular form, he should be a goner.
If Amateratsu isn't able to do it (Which it should) Sasuke can use Susano'o. GG

Well Karin could kill em both but so could Amatarasu, Sasunoo arrow or Tsukiomi but 8 gates could dodge some moves but arrow will get him Asuma dies instently

Guy/Gai alone can beat Sasuke. You are forgetting he has that anti-sharingan move. That way he can`t get into genjutsu.

He totally does.
Because he knows how to fight sharingan, right? By looking down? MS Spam takes this with ease. Asuma can't do crap and gets blitzed. I would say the same for Gai but both Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu could take him out in gates or not.
He tries to not look directly into his opponents eyes if they have sharingan, correct? How will that help him while he tries to start gates assuming he doesn't get blitzed first, and isn't looking at Sasuke?
With the little prep it takes Amaterasu will already have been released, Gai can't do crap after that.
If he does look at his eyes to know when he's about to use Amaterasu, then Tsukiyomi easily wipes him out.
Alright I'm gonna use the legendary lightspeed debate now.
Itachi reacted to Kirin. He doesn't need reflex speed or any speed at all. He reacted to Kirin and put up Susano'o before it hit. Lightning is about 1/3 the speed of light or near there, lets use that as an estimate. If Gai goes gates and attacks it will show no problem for Sasuke to use Susano'o to defend against it.
Susano'o holds Gai off as he can't stay in gates forever. Sasuke would be in pain however the Danzo fight is fairly long for a fight, don't get started about the Pain fight. Sasuke kept Susano'o on nearly the entire Danzo fight.
I'm just gonna say what everyone else has been saying.

I would vote Guy and Asuma, only because this is pre EMS.
Guy has trained to figth agains Sharingan and he and Asuma both have alot more experience and would be smart enough to hold of on a direct attack until the Sauce depletes his chakra from using his eyes to much. Then total pwnage because he is basically blind.
Post EMS there really isnt much of a point to the fight the Sauce would win.

Did you even read my post? And you're saying that we haven't even seen EMS yet, and with MS he can't win? And it's "off," not, "of".
What can you say about Sasuke's speed, hmm? That he's too slow to blitz Asuma who has crappy speed feats as it is? Or its impossible to use Amaterasu on Gai while he's not looking anyway?

Sasunno arrow got Danzo... it can get Asuma + 8 Gates wont sheild against Ammy

Kakashi stopped a Susano'o arrow. Sasuke doesn't need it to win, he can just blitz anyway or use Amaterasu or Tsukiyomi.

Tsukuyomi wouldn`t work if he isn`t looking in his eyes. Only thing he has to be careful about is not to get amaterased.

The OP doesn't specify if they have knowledge about each other so they won't know whether to look at his eyes or not.

Sasuke=amazing speed, chidori attacks and its variants, cool katana, susanno, ameteratsu, and genjutsu.
Gai=amazing speed, nun chucks, and gates
Asuma=trench knives=pwnd by sasuke

sasuke could probably kill both asuma and guy with just chidori and his sword. he wouldnt even need MS, just win with speed.

sasuke blitzes a jonin level gai who specializes in taijutsu? i dont think so....
although with susanoo he will destroy them but if guy can dodge (which he probably can) sasuke will go blind and get drained of chakra

gai with nunchuck >= sasuke with sword (no chidori)
sasuke with susanoo > asuma + normal gai
amterasu > asuma
gai in gates can dodge amterasu, if raikage can dodge it gai can

Yes, he does. Sasuke has demonstrated far more speed than Base Guy. Sasuke reacted to the likes of Raikage, so I highly doubt that Guy is gonna do anything to him. Sasuke is supersonic, and Guy needs gates to be faster than Sasuke. Oh wait, there's no way Guy can successfully use gates in time.
Considering Guy couldn't dodge 30% Kisame's attacks without gates, there's no way he can do the same against Sasuke, who is significantly superior to 30% Kisame.

Kisame is not at all one of the fastest characters in Naruto. Not even top 10.

If you are refering to the cave scene when KB and A double lariated kisame....technically it was the zetsu clone that got lariated, not kisame himself. As kisame was already in sameheda.

1.)sasuke refuses to lose
2.)he has gotten way strong for even naruto to beat for the time being so will see.......
3.)sometimes orichimaru gets involved so thats more of an advantage`o.o"

he was fighting on par with kisame (taijutsu) until kisame starting using his proper ninjutsu moves?
