Kshatriya was made after the Alpha, holds more than twice as many funnels, and has better maneuverability feats. Also, it has its own MP canon, beam sabers, and a pretty good pilot who has a good enough aim to systematically dissect MSs mid-battle.

It also has binder arms capable of holding you down and using more beam sabers. As well as that Mrs. Cruz, as I said, has ridiculously precise aim to use the funnels as ranged beam sabers while they are moving.
