I think they can use it as long as they want, maybe they might get tired though, but not blind. Hence the name Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

But the EMS that Sasuke will have now will look very strange since his Mangekyou already had so many signs in the pupil :p that combined with Itachi's mangekyou, Kishi will need to draw for days whenever he needs to draw Sasuke ^^

Perhaps a brand new symbol will be made instead of combining the Mangekyou symbols.

What about the sharingan isn't HAX as you say.

Here is another question about EMS. If a user gets the EMS does that mean he/she is immortal? Like how is Madara still alive? So now that Sasuke has it, will he live for a long time like Madara?

Actually considering only 2 people ever had rinnengan, it wouldn't be suprising if only Madara and Sasuke now have the EMS. Realistically yes more than individuals would have the EMS, but this is an anime, so the human population is a lot less than 6 billion and somehow its easy to be the best.

Well... if you're correct about "only Madara and Sasuke were ever able to gain the EMS" speculation, it kinda makes sense why wouldn't anyone know whether or not it gives the user immortality. So it might very well be true that gaining EMS will make one (near) immortal or something. Anyhow the full power of EMS is yet unknown.

I remember something being said about "the fate of uchiha brothers"... not sure, but it seems like EMS isn't/wasn't limited to those two.
