A small lake i'd still give it to gaara and KB because of gaara's long range attacks.

On a large lake i'd say im 50/50 it depends on if kisame uses water dome or not and if he gets gaara fast enough

On the sea or ocean then kisame would stomp for obvious reasons instant water dome and pretty much an endless supply of water

kisame will win if its kB alone but with gaara its too difficult, sand will overpower him considering its fast enough to block raikage attacks and point blank ammy

Well, Gaara's sand would be kinda useless against Kisame's water, the water would weight it down, and we already know that Kisame can beat Killer Bee in a one on one match, which is basically what this would become.

Ir is interesting, because of the already affiliated Kisame Vs Killer bee fight, I am pretty sure Gaara would be able to tip the scale to victory but then there is the fact about Kisame's Sammehada verses the sand... I have to say Gaara and Killer Bee would take it.
